Yes, I have decided...

Alright, I cannot face that kind of humiliation anymore.
I have decided that...all the fat around my belly should be gone or at least reduce 1 to 2 inch before I am going back to KL for good.

To motivate myself and to keep on reminding myself of the target, I will write down the whole 2 1/2 months journey in this blog of mine.

4.30 am - 5.30am - cardio and light legs exercise
Breakfast - Macaroni
Lunch - Tomato pizza
6.30pm - 7.30pm - 15 min cardio, chest press, chest pull and dip
Dinner - rice, soup and vege

Hm..I think it is better for me to reduce some portion during dinner time as I always fall asleep in less than 2 hours after dinner.

Feeling frustrated

I am back to VN for another 3 more months but these 3 months are the hardest / difficult month for me. Frustrated with some of the worker and also my work.

He is very reluctant - the young French guy, to handover back those work to me and I am more than happy to let him carry on the work. Last saturday evening was the most relax time for me after 3-4 hours struggling with those functional test.

First time in a year that I do not know what to do tomorrow morning in office. Quite happy but at the same time worry. Boss has already asked me on last saturday regarding my workload.
And tomorrow, there is a weekly meeting. Siggh...used to be very nervous in this meeting because do not know how to report to boss regarding the progress.

But since he is taking over most of the job, I will just let him report to boss during meeting.

After working for 6 years, this is the first time I felt so frustrated with work. No more trust towards my boss, Mr.Pat and also with the site management. I guess it is time for me to move on to another new job.
