Alright, I cannot face that kind of humiliation anymore.
I have decided that...all the fat around my belly should be gone or at least reduce 1 to 2 inch before I am going back to KL for good.
To motivate myself and to keep on reminding myself of the target, I will write down the whole 2 1/2 months journey in this blog of mine.

4.30 am - 5.30am - cardio and light legs exercise
Breakfast - Macaroni
Lunch - Tomato pizza
6.30pm - 7.30pm - 15 min cardio, chest press, chest pull and dip
Dinner - rice, soup and vege
Hm..I think it is better for me to reduce some portion during dinner time as I always fall asleep in less than 2 hours after dinner.
